預約流程

1. 請直接填寫此份表單進行預約。（若有需要亦可於營業時間電話聯繫）
2. 可於預約後加入本所 Line 官方帳號、傳訊息告知表單預約姓名，以便本所後續與您聯繫。
3. 本所將於1-2個工作天內，與您聯絡確認預約、初次會談時間，並向您說明前來方式。
   • 會優先以您主動加入的Line 官方帳號聯繫。
   • 若有需要或未加入Line 官方帳號，本所會透過電話與您聯繫。
4. 依據確認預約時間，進行初次會談與後續專業項目工作。
   • 預約後如需取消、調整請儘早告知。

Appointment Process
